Greetings to you all this lovely Monday morning (my way of boosting myself for the dreaded Monday morning).  Last week I was greeted with a few obstacles on this weight loss journey.  Projects for my son at school,responsibilities with family gatherings and a GINORMOUS migraine that hung around for 3 whole days!!  It no doubt kept me from working out at my usual capacity of approximately 8-10 workouts a week.  I actually may have only gotten in around 4.  Oh how this disappointed me!  I even began to feel a little defeated.  I constantly gave myself little pep talks that went a little something like this maybe you can relate….” This is for your overall health, don’t worry it will get better next week, you’ve come too far to stop now you’ve done great!”  Still I knew this morning was weigh in day.  I reluctantly approached the scale and stepped…
